Maygen Blessman, LCSW (she/her/hers)

Maygen has worked in mental health services with adults, children, adolescents and families as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community in a variety of settings for over ten years. Maygen focuses on client’s individual strengths to develop a unique, customized treatment plan to help people meet their mental health goals. Maygen uses mindfulness and behavior management tools to treat symptoms while exploring patterns of maladaptive coping skills in order to create healthy habits and positive ways of handling the stress and suffering of life. Maygen utilizes an eclectic array of therapeutic techniques to help with a wide variety of diagnoses and challenges. Maygen has a Master’s Degree of Social Work from Boston University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the beautiful state of Oregon.

Ishah Roads, LPC (she/her/hers)

Ishah Roads-Pultz holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University with a Bachelors in Social Science, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. “I believe that everyone holds the tools to reach their maximum potential in life. Sometimes we get stuck, needing guidance, direction and support. These are some of the many benefits that counseling can provide for you. During our sessions together we will take a look at behaviors which interfere with your quality of life. Therapy can allow you to take on a new perspective of your current situation, and guide you on the path toward growth and change. I will provide you a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere to allow you to discover the path to best life.”
