  • Are providers currently see providers virtually through telehealth and in person in our Lincoln City and Portland offices.

  • To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them:

    What are my mental health benefits?

    What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

    How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?

    How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

    Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will be charged a $100 missed appointment fee. An occasional exception may be made in the case of an emergency. The decision to waive the fee will be up to each specific provider based on the situation.

  • Yes. It is important to make sure that there is a good-fit between you and your therapist. We invite you to schedule a free consultation with the Provider of your choice by clicking the contact button on their page.

  • If you have insurance you will need to check with your insurance company as stated in our insurance info above. Copays will be taken when the claim is submitted to your insurance, which is either the same day or day after your appointment.

    We believe in having a strong community presence, meeting the needs of the members of the community, and allowing everyone access to high quality mental health care.   • NO! We are here for EVERYONE! We do have several therapist that specialize in LGBTIA+ but we are here to support that community and their Allies!
