Do you provide services in person or through Telehealth?

Therapy services are provided either through telehealth or in person in NE Portland and Newport. We do have more availability for Telehealth than in person and some of our providers are Telehealth only. Please reach out to us through our Contact page to discuss your preferences.

What hours are services available?

In order to meet the needs of a variety of schedules, we strive to offer services at a variety of days and times. If you have specific or challenging scheduling needs, please reach out through the Contact page and we can discuss your specific situation.

How often would we meet?

The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs. No two people are the same and no two healing paths are the same. During our initial meeting, we will talk about your specific needs and determine how often we should meet. Some clients prefer to meet twice a week and some prefer once a month while many prefer something in between. To discuss your unique needs, please reach out through the Contact page.

Do you accept health insurance?

We are able to accept most health insurance plans for individual and family therapy. Due to our continued commitment to equity, we are constantly trying to increase the health insurance providers we are able to accept. Due to this, we are not able to have a list of currently accepted plans. Please reach out through our Contact page to discuss your health insurance.
