Open Minds operates as an Independent Provider Network (IPN), bringing together licensed, independently practicing clinicians who collaborate within a shared framework of quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Our network is built on a team-based care model that encourages coordination, consultation, and shared best practices while preserving the clinical autonomy, professional judgment, and independent practice status of each provider. By combining collaboration with independence, the Open Minds Independent Provider Network supports high-quality, ethical, and accessible care for the communities we serve.

Open Minds Counseling and Hypnotherapy operates like a co-op for mental health providers. Therapists have their own businesses but we collaborate to share costs and support each other in this wonderfully challenging industry.

We have providers across the State of Oregon serving different communities and populations, each with their own specialties and skills. Our goal is to help nurture therapists and their careers so they can help support our communities for long term healing.

The owners of Open Minds have seen the mental health needs of the people of Oregon outweigh the abilities of the mental health providers for many years. They chose to change the business model to help prevent burnout and support the life long learning that is required of providers to ensure excellent, effective services for their clients.
