I see therapy as a dynamic, co-creative process, grounded in a foundation of trust, curiosity, and respect. As relational creatures in a complex world, both our challenges and triumphs are rooted in interconnected systems. Often, our emotions and thoughts can be like waterways that lead us to our innate capacity for transformation and connection. As I support you in this process, my intention is to offer a space that is truly welcoming and guided by your needs and desires as they change throughout our sessions.
I welcome individual clients, as well as couples, families, and other relational constellations, whether long-standing or newly forming. My approach is relational and collaborative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential, and liberation-focused approaches, and somatic, creative, and polyvagal practices. As a queer, neurodivergent person, I am especially committed to supporting LGTBQIA+ folks and their extended communities, and honoring access and sensory needs in the therapy space. I also specialize in grief support, with attention to the forms of grief that may not be easily named, recognized, or honored in the broader culture. My relational experience includes working with polyamorous partnerships, kinky relationships, families living with disability or chronic illness, co-parents adjusting to separation, mixed-neurotype relationships, and those seeking support before marriage or moving in together.
Our work together may orient towards navigating life’s thresholds, such as times of relational, career or other transitions, the journey from peri to post menopause, or the shifting identities and family dynamics of adolescence and young adulthood. Throughout our sessions, we may incorporate creative modalities such as movement, crafting, and singing, as well as neurobiological and somatic approaches to finding equilibrium and attunement, always guided by what feels most helpful to you.
