Everyone has the ability to overcome adversity, recover from trauma, build resilience, and learn to thrive. I’m here to build a collaborative relationship with you in a space free of shame and stigma to hear you and help you hear yourself.
Whether you are impacted by trauma, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, addictions, or a sense of being stuck, I have experience doing trauma-informed work with couples, adults, BIPOC folks, men, veterans, clients who aren’t sure what counseling is, and the family and friends that support them.
We are people of story and through story we can learn who we would like to be and how we would like to act.
Words are not the only way to convey story. I honor the body, intuition, and chance, integrating existential-narrative-gestalt therapy with depth-shadow-parts work, somatic and creative-expressive therapies using a deeply humanist, decolonized practice.
