"What is important is not how we move, but what moves us." - Trudi Schoop

“My philosophy derives from the holistic, humanistic, positive psychology approach that integrates the emotional, social, and physical state of individuals through movement and art. I wish to advocate for equity in my work through supporting individuals in ways that are imaginative, strengths based, and developmentally appropriate; while also being open-minded, inclusive and considerate of experiences and other cultures.”

I am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist through the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA). This gives me the opportunity to invite you to try movement directives into a session. Utilizing dance will help in sessions improve emotional comprehension, processing through somatic work, emotional, and social comprehension.

When you reach out it's an indicator that you are brave enough to begin the therapeutic voyage. I would be honored to work with you through this journey and step towards a happier, healthier life. Email when you are ready.
