Sarah completed her psychotherapy training at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where the realms of psyche and soul are approached with depth and reverence. Before entering the world of therapy, she spent years immersed in scientific research, earning a doctorate in Molecular Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley—an experience that refined her critical thinking and deepened her respect for the intellect. Her path is equally shaped by extensive training in earth-based spiritual traditions, permaculture, and sacred feminine wisdom. These influences, along with her own healing from trauma, root her in a life devoted to embodied presence and unconditional love. Together, they form the foundation of a practice that honors both the clarity of the mind and the wisdom of the soul.

In her work, Sarah offers a compassionate, soulful space to untangle shame, heal old stories, and gently reclaim vitality. She supports clients in reconnecting with the dreams, desires, and inner truth that illuminate their most authentic selves. Understanding that these inner sparks can be buried beneath trauma, disconnection, multigenerational patterns, or cultural conditioning, she approaches this unfolding with deep respect and curiosity.

Sarah weaves together body-based strategies, deep listening, relational warmth, and a healing container for tending both shadow and light within the unconscious. She helps clients address shame rooted in cultural, systemic, and ancestral wounds—patterns that may have been inherited and carried silently for years. Her approach welcomes every part of a person, including those that hold pain, fear, or longing, so that inner conflict can soften and innate aliveness can re-emerge.

Her work is grounded in Jungian Depth Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, somatic practices, and soul-centered exploration. Held within a mystical and relational container, these approaches invite reconnection with joy, meaning, and deeper purpose—both personally and in relationship.

Sarah holds this work with profound honor and walks alongside clients with care, curiosity, and reverence for the wisdom that unfolds within them. It is her great privilege to accompany others on this profound and meaningful journey.
